1. About these terms

Cles is provided by AMORAMA LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17088157.

These terms describe the agreement between you and AMORAMA LTD when you use the Cles app and website. They should be read alongside our Privacy Policy. By using Cles, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Your account

You must be at least 15 years old if you live in South Korea, and at least 13 years old elsewhere. You must also meet any higher minimum age required by the law where you live. If you are under the age of legal majority, review these terms with a parent or guardian and obtain their permission where required. Where local law requires parental consent for processing personal information, that consent is also required before using the relevant features.

Provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in details secure, and use your own account. Tell us if you think someone else has gained access. You are responsible for your use of the service, but this does not make you responsible for a security failure caused by us.

3. Using Cles

Cles helps you set personal fitness and habit goals, log progress, and share selected updates with private groups. You may also keep logs in your personal Me space. You receive a personal, limited, non-exclusive right to use the app and website in accordance with these terms.

Progress is based on the information you choose to log. Imported Apple Health activity does not by itself count toward a goal. Measurements and progress indicators may be incomplete or inaccurate and should not be treated as independently verified results.

Any price or purchase terms must be shown before you agree to a payment. These terms do not, by themselves, sign you up to a paid subscription. Apple’s applicable App Store terms also apply to downloads and purchases made through Apple.

4. Your content and private groups

You keep ownership of the photos, notes, and other content you create. By uploading content, you give us permission to host, store, process, and display it as needed to provide Cles to you and your chosen audience. This permission does not allow us to use your private content in public advertising without separate permission.

Only upload content you have the right to use, and respect other people’s privacy. Choose your groups and the information in each post carefully. Group members may be able to save or screenshot content they can see. We cannot withdraw copies that another person has already saved outside Cles.

Group owners can manage membership and transfer ownership. A collaboration tag invites another person to add an activity to their own goal; the recipient decides whether to accept it. You must not misrepresent someone else’s participation.

5. Health and wellbeing

Cles is a tool for general fitness, personal habits, and social encouragement. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency monitoring. Choose activities and goals suitable for your circumstances, and seek advice from a qualified professional when needed.

Apple Health is optional. You control permissions through your device and choose which available measurements appear in a shared log. Turning off access prevents further authorised reads but does not automatically delete records previously imported or posts previously shared.

6. Keeping Cles safe

Do not use Cles to harass, threaten, exploit, discriminate against, impersonate, or harm another person. Do not upload unlawful content, share another person’s private information without permission, send spam, or interfere with the service or its security.

You can report content and block users in the app. We may investigate reports, remove content, or restrict accounts where reasonably necessary to protect people, comply with law, or address a material breach of these terms. Where appropriate, we will explain the action and give you a way to contact us about it. We may need to act immediately where there is a serious risk.

7. Availability and changes

We aim to keep Cles working reliably, but maintenance, updates, connectivity, device compatibility, and third-party services can affect availability. We may update features or make changes needed for security, compliance, or the continued operation of Cles.

For material changes to these terms or the service that affect your rights, we will provide appropriate notice and explain when the change takes effect. You can stop using Cles if you do not accept a change. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

8. Leaving Cles

You can stop using the service at any time. To delete your account, open You → Settings → Delete account. If you own groups, transfer ownership or delete those groups first. Contact us if you cannot access your account.

Our Privacy Policy explains deletion and the limited information that may remain, including safety-report evidence where needed. Deleting Cles from your phone is not the same as deleting your account.

9. Our responsibilities

We are responsible for providing the service with reasonable care and skill. If we breach these terms, we are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by that breach, subject to applicable law. We are not responsible for loss that was not reasonably foreseeable, or for business losses arising from use of a service provided for personal purposes.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Nothing removes your rights under applicable consumer law.

10. Law and your rights

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, except that you continue to benefit from mandatory protections under the law of your country of residence. Courts in England and Wales may hear disputes, but this does not prevent a consumer from bringing a claim in a court available to them under applicable law.

If part of these terms cannot be enforced, the remaining terms still apply. If we do not immediately enforce a right, we do not give up that right. Please contact us first about a concern so we can try to resolve it.
